Hi, I’m Charissa, founder of Impact Persona.

My background

I first started my employments journey in the world of L&D and worked across multiple organisations. I was first certified in DISC in 2009, and have been exposed to an array of DISC profiling reports.

Business owners, hiring managers and HR share their common frustrations with me - that most of the DISC reports they receive are “full on”. They are typically 40 - 80 pages long, full of wordy paragraphs and have complex charts and graphs. Managers and leaders tell me they simply have no time to thumb through each page. Some DISC reports are also priced out of the department’s budget.

This common thread of conversation sparked a desire to change the status quo.

What's unique about my business is the fact my DISC reports, and the assessments themselves have been built from the ground up. They're entirely bespoke.

Our DISC reports have been designed and written to be reader friendly. They don't include complex charts, graphs or images and aren't text heavy. They're clear, concise and designed with Managers, Recruiters, Corporate Trainers and Coaches in mind.
